All quotations are given on the basis of immediate acceptance and remain valid for 24 hrs and are based on non-hazardous cargo suitably packed for transit. In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hrs notice of an order; for UK delivery or 48 hrs notice of an International transport, all charges arising from this cancellation will be invoiced to the party who made the booking. Customs duties and vat are excluded. Palletised loads, unless the quotation specifies that pallets are non-stackable, are rated on the basis of stackable pallets. 2 hours are planned for un/loading international road trailers, thereafter demurrage charges may-be applied. The company reserves the right to sub-contract the whole or part of any shipment. All International business is undertaken under CMR and is transacted in accordance with the standard trading conditions of the British International Freight Association (BIFA 2021 Edition0. All UK cargo is subject to the conditions of carriage of the Road Haulage Association (RHA 2009 Edition). Cargo for warehousing is subject to the conditions of the UK Warehousing Association (UKWA 2019 Edition).
